What is special about Blanco Cocina + Cantina? The laid-back party atmosphere, perfect for sipping the day away serves craveable dishes like Cheese Crisps (aka Mexican Pizza) and the Chimichanga – a Sonoran regional staple. In fact, Blanco will offer Chimichangas with decadent fillings such as short rib machaca or braised chicken. Other show-stealers include Tiger Shrimp Fajitas with spicy garlic butter, and tacos on handmade corn tortillas with Slow Cooked BBQ, roasted corn slaw, pickled onion, and crema fresca. EDGE Restaurant

EDGE Restaurant offers locally sourced ingredients and Colorado-raised beef. Located in Four Seasons Hotel Denver, their menu showcases an array of delicious meals from their Steak and Eggs to Edged Out French Toast with white chocolate mascarpone and a house-made croissant.

At our restaurant in Downtown Denver, every meal is prepared with a farm-to-table flair that’s as inspiring as the art installations and skyline views that surround. From the mylar, metals, and quartz “Light Knots” installation by Larry Bell, to the ingenious “Ocean View” by Rob Reynolds, FIRE ignites the senses from first bite to sweet finish.

Taste Bud Bullies

Jarmal “Chef Redd” Smith was born and raised on Chicago’s Southside. Living with his amputee grandmother, he had to learn quick and be adaptable in order to assist her with daily living activities. This included making meals, which he took to quickly. Never thinking this was his calling, Chef Redd went to college to study post secondary education. Standing in his kitchen one day cooking dinner, feeling his grandmothers spirit, he had a realization. This epiphany led to him attend Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute, where he learned and trained from amazing chefs from around the world. Chef Redd has been a certified chef for 8 years, with over 15 years of culinary experience. Keeping true to his roots, with a dad from Louisiana, an immense love for seafood, and a passion to make quality food, Chef Redd yearned to create a food truck to be able to provide good food to communities everywhere. Bringing a new food truck in this economy poses many challenges, but Chef Redd and his team are ready for the challenge. Chef Redd continuously reminds himself to be a student FIRST!

The Sugar Cube

The Sugar Cube is a small, family owned, drive through coffee shop located at 4313 Wadsworth Boulevard in Wheat Ridge. We pride ourselves in being a woman-owned business that does our best to use local, woman-owned, free trade, and organic suppliers. We offer all the standard coffee drinks, as well as a rotating menu of specialty recipes.

In the tradition of Central and South American convivial dining culture, Toro Denver features a ceviche bar, small plates, and family-style entrees, plus, hand-muddled cocktails and local beer and wine.
